For the 3D interpretation, I did not want to go too far from the face that I enjoyed so much to model so I experimented with every material that I could find at home, trying to make it look like the original but strange, destroyed and fixed.
For the 2D interpretation I sewed a red thread on leather to represent the veins in the skin, but it is also a plant growing. I wanted to keep the peacefulness of the first clay sculpture. The wire head with red strings growing inside is inspired by the 2D interpretation.
I did not like working with the wire but I learned how important is the structure and tips to build it strongly.
